“BONDS” is Lynda Lorraine’s first solo show, presenting portraits and studies of personal bonds using the medium of Pyrography. Lynda is a Central Saint Martins graduate, that has had a successful career in the creative industry for many years, currently working at the Royal College of Art. In the past, she has practiced with traditional mediums of Photography and Fine Art, and now has adopted a new personal style. Wood burning is commonly seen in craft and folk art settings, but Lynda has channeled her passionate pieces into a contemporary art backdrop. The show grants the observer a very rooted & intimate view into the artist’s social surroundings.
